RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We, at CultuReserve believe in the preservation of customer relationships. To back that up, we follow a well-maintained return policy.
 
Terms and Conditions:-
1. No return will be initiated 7 days after the purchase of the product.
2. No return of an item will be taken either if the proper receipt is not shown.
3. The amount will be credited within 48 hours of the return of the product.
 
Damaged Items:-
In case of a damaged item being delivered, the customer can immediately contact us. The customer is also expected to share the images of the damaged portions with us. As soon as we are convinced, the return or the replacement will be initiated as per the customer’s will.
 
Wrong Items delivered:-
In case a customer receives an item that is not as per the order, he may contact us within 48 hours. The customer is also expected to share the details of the order along with the invoice number. After this, we will discuss a replacement or a refund. In case of a replacement, kindly ship the product back in its original packing material. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited after the return of the product.
 
Refund Policy:
In case of any refund, the refunds are processed within 48 hours after the returned product has been received. The amount is transferred back into the bank account through which it was paid, either through Netbanking or Debit/Credit card.
